Thank you all for returning your questionnaires. If you are new and wish to participate, please fill in and return the questionnaire as well registering.

Conference Banquet

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday evening at the Skyline Restaurant. The price includes a return trip on the gondola. We are planning to have there an after-dinner presentation about Ernest Rutherford.

   All Currency is in New Zealand Dollars.
   This includes morning and afternoon teas, and lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Evening meals are separate: e.g. the Conference Dinner is on Thursday. We intend to arrange a free breakfast buffet, but this can only be confirmed when the registration numbers are sufficient.
   Please ensure that you complete a separate registration form for each delegate attending the conference.
   Activities & excursions will not be charged until we contact you nearer the date of the conference, except for the Conference Dinner.

Registration Cancellation Policy

A refund of 50% of the fee paid will be made on cancellations received up to and including the 15th October 2008. No refund will be made on any cancellation received after the 15th October 2008.

Accommodation Payment Policy

A deposit of one night's accommodation is charged in order to secure your accommodation. The balance will be processed to you credit card 30 days prior to arrival.

Accommodation cancelled more than 90 days from the conference will receive a refund of the deposit. Accommodation cancelled 90 days – 30 days prior to the conference will not receive a refund of this deposit. The balance of the accommodation is charged 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations received within this time will be 100% non refundable.
