1 Feb 2008: First Circular distributed (with pre-registration questionnaire)

1 March : First target for responding to pre-registration questionnaire

The registration fee will be determined using responses to the pre-registration questionnaire to estimate numbers.

1 June: Second Circular with Registration & Accommodation Website.
(Late Registration fees apply after 15 Aug. 2008.)

20 July: Abstract deadline prior to allocation of talks (abstracts may be revised up to 1 Nov).

1 Aug: Talk and Poster allocations announced

29 Aug: End of Early Registration rate

1 Oct: Draft Programme announced

15 Oct: Beginning of Late Registration rate

15 Oct: A refund of 50% of the registration fee payable for cancellations received up to this date.

1 Nov: Abstract revision deadline for the conference book.
