Notices
Talks
- If you have talks on USB storage or CD, please copy them to the
conference computer before your session starts.
- We have a Vista laptop with Office 2003 and 2007 available, and a
Macbook-Pro G4 with Office 2004 (and a 2008 installation planned).
- Otherwise make sure in advance that your computer video connects correctly.
- The projector is a
Sony CX70,
with VGA connector and a native resolution of 1024*768.
Posters
- The poster boards will be set up early on Tuesday morning, and removed
on Wednesday morning. The posters should be preferably removed at the end of
Tuesday.
- The posters are 1.2 m
wide * 2.1 m high.
- Velcro buttons will be provided.
Internet
- Wireless is available in the Galaxy Ballroom & surrounds, the Club Bar
and the Lobby. It is not available in guest’s rooms. A wifi access code will be available each day. There is a cap of 1GB
each day for the conference users collectively, so please moderate your
downloads & OS updates.
Partner Meals
- Accompanying persons are invited to attend the Poster Session and Wine
Taste evening on Tues 2nd Dec at 5:30pm at The Millennium. There will be a
$25 fee (NZD).
- They are also invited to attend join us for lunches on Monday, Tuesday
and/or Thursday at The Millennium. There will be a $25 fee (NZD) for each
meal.
